Aspen Ridge Animal Hospital opened June 7th , 2006.  With the practice location in Golden, Colorado, the facility offers a unique small town atmosphere.  The staff includes two veterinary technicians who both possess several years of experience and provide compassionate care to all of the patients.  The hospital provides a full range of veterinary care including:

• Vaccinations
• Dentistry
• Surgery
• Internal Medicine
• Radiology

A great emphasis is placed on preventative care, geriatric medicine and rehabilitation.

MEET OUR STAFF VETERINARIAN

Dr. Taylor is a Colorado native that grew up in Lakewood, Colorado.  She graduated from Green Mountain High School then continued her education at Colorado State University.  Dr. Taylor received her Bachelor's degree in Animal Science and a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1991.

Prior to opening Aspen Ridge Animal Hospital, Dr. Taylor spent the previous ten years practicing at a small animal clinic in Arvada.  While at this facility, she was able to gain expertise in both internal medicine and surgery.  Prior to this facility she worked at an emergency clinic in Littleton, Colorado for almost four years.

Doctor Taylor is married and has two children, ages 9 and 12 who are both active in sports.  She also has two dogs (a rat terrier and a boxer) who entertain the family on a daily basis with their antics.  After having older dogs and cats, she developed an interest in geriatric medicine and canine rehabilitation.  Currently Dr. Taylor does not have any cats due to her daughter's asthma.
