As Executive Director, Elizabeth Talamantez leads the strategic vision and daily operations of Angels With Paws. With a deep passion for animal welfare, she ensures that the shelter's resources are maximized to save as many lives as possible.

Elizabeth oversees everything from community outreach and fundraising to staff management, working tirelessly to foster a compassionate environment for both the animals and the people who care for them. Her leadership drives the organization forward, helping to expand our impact and secure a brighter future for cats in need.

Rachel keeps the heart of Angels With Paws beating as our dedicated Shelter Manager. She coordinates the complex day-to-day logistics of the facility, managing animal intakes, overseeing the adoption process, and ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly.

Often acting as the bridge between our hardworking volunteers, staff, and veterinary partners, Rachel makes certain that every cat receives the timely care, attention, and enrichment they need. Her organizational skills and deep empathy make her an invaluable asset to the shelter and the animals we serve.

Sophia is our Lead Animal Care Technician, bringing expert, hands-on care to every feline resident at the shelter. She plays a crucial role in maintaining the health and happiness of our cats, responsible for administering medications, monitoring behaviors, and ensuring the highest standards of daily care.

Her keen eye for detail, compassionate approach, and gentle touch ensure that even the most timid or medically fragile cats feel safe, comfortable, and loved during their stay with us.
